The Basic Fact That People Don't Realize.

When you call me, you don't have to just ask me about mortgage stuff.

You can ask me real estate stuff, financial stuff, separation and divorce stuff, heck even wills and estates. Throw in accounting and legal? Sure.

I'll give you the same disclosure I give to everyone. I'm not a realtor, financial planner, lawyer, or accountant.

But I am a mortgage broker.

Your debt weaves into every decision you make. So sure, I can give you a minimal bullshit opinion on your financial situation.

I ask you the hard questions.

I bring up all the scenarios. I play the devil's advocate, giving you all the viewpoints. I don't mean to offend you, but I might. I will tell you what you need to hear, even if you don't want to hear it.

I won't have the answer to everything. But my straightforward way of thinking and blunt style of talking will leave you with more answers and more clarity.

And for the mortgage stuff, I'll tell you whether you need to stick with me, or if your existing bank or other broker is going to do a better job.
